I’ve heard the good with the bad in reviews with this camera, but I’m still not %100 sure if I should get it or not. If I do get it, I’ll be buying the Canon EOS Rebel XSi Digital Camera Kit from the Apple store, to make sure that I get the lens with the body!

Does anyone have any experiences with this product that they can share?

I have the film version of this camera and have had it for 15 years. It takes very nice pictures and has been very reliable. I am considering upgrading to the digital version for convenience and have researched and heard good things about the digital version.

I’m not extremely knowledgeable with cameras but I do like to shoot videos. On my Canon Powershot A3300 Is I would film a few movies, play them back, and put them on my computer to save memory. Now when I play back movies on my camera.. I can’t hear any sound. But when I view them on my computer.. I can hear sound. Anyone know how to fix this?

This has happened to me many times there is not much you can do but go into menu, go into settings, scroll down and click reset settings. If this does not work there might be something else wrong with your camera.

My new Canon EOS 7D arrived today! My first Canon DSLR. So far, after an evening of waiting for the battery to charge and my first hour or so with it…I’m impressed. Super solid and heftily built. Photos look amazing. And it’s much more complex than my old Nikon D80.

This will be fun!

How do I pause my Canon PowerShot Digital ELPH, while taking video? Please help! I’ve been struggling with this problem for quite some time, and I just can’t seem to find it in the directions, or online. Help!

You can’t find it because it isn’t there. Unless you’re shooting video tape there is no pause.

Every time you stop the camera records the data to the card because the buffer isn’t big enough to hold everything so it has to dump it off to the card.
